  1. Make chia seed flour and soak in water
  2. Add flour, oatmeal flour and whole wheat flour togeher
  3. Add all water, mix until there is no dry remaining and mix everything together. Let it sit for 30 minutes
  4. Add instant dry yeast, mix
  5. Add salt, mix
  6. Sit for 30 minutes
  7. Add chia seeds, mix well
  8. Add nut mix, mix well
  9. Sit for 30 minutes
  10. Stretch and fold and sit for 30 minutes until it looks good
  11. Transfer to bread mold
  12. Let the bread come to the top of the bread mold
  13. Preheat oven with steam to 190 celcius
  14. Bake for 35 minutes at 190 celcius
  15. Take bread out of the mold and let it rest on a rack until fully cold
  16. Cut in slices
  17. Place slices in the freezer to store
