Steps
- Make chia seed flour and soak in water
- Add flour, oatmeal flour and whole wheat flour togeher
- Add all water, mix until there is no dry remaining and mix everything together. Let it sit for 30 minutes
- Add instant dry yeast, mix
- Add salt, mix
- Sit for 30 minutes
- Add chia seeds, mix well
- Add nut mix, mix well
- Sit for 30 minutes
- Stretch and fold and sit for 30 minutes until it looks good
- Transfer to bread mold
- Let the bread come to the top of the bread mold
- Preheat oven with steam to 190 celcius
- Bake for 35 minutes at 190 celcius
- Take bread out of the mold and let it rest on a rack until fully cold
- Cut in slices
- Place slices in the freezer to store
