Blueberry muffin

Ingredients

• 80 g all-purpose flour
• 20 g whole wheat flour
• 50 g oat flour
• 1 egg
• 0.5 g salt
• 5 g sugar
• 150 g yogurt
• 160 g milk
• 40 g butter
• 70 g frozen blueberries
• 1.5 g baking powder
• 1 g baking soda
• 15 g ground baked flaxseed

Steps

1. Add all dry ingredients together
2. Add all wet ingredients together
3. Add all wet ingredienst to dry ingredients do not mix too much
4. Add all frozen blueberries to the mix
5. Put the mix in cupcake form en at 170 celcius for 25 minutes
